Chef Mandy’s Black Bean Tofu Burgers with Dill Pickle Aioli

🥄 Black Beans - 1 3/4 lb

🥄 EVOO 1 tbsp

🥄 Half green bell pepper, sauteed

🥄 Half onion sauteed

🥄 3 cloves garlic sauteed

🥄 Cumin 1/2 tbsp

🥄 Chili powder 1 tsp

🥄 Garlic powder 1/2 tsp

🥄 Smoked paprika 1/4 tsp

🥄 Plain breadcrumbs 1/2 cup

🥄 Tofu, extra firm, crumbled 1/2 cup

🥄 2 Large eggs

🥄 Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp

🥄 Ketchup 2 tbsp

🥄 Bake at 375F for10 mins, flip, cook additional 10 min

For the special sauce!

🥄 Finely chop dill pickles and stir with preferred mayo until desired texture!
