πŸ₯„ EVOO 1 tbsp

πŸ₯„ Half green bell pepper, sauteed

πŸ₯„ Half onion sauteed

πŸ₯„ 3 cloves garlic sauteed

πŸ₯„ Cumin 1/2 tbsp

πŸ₯„ Chili powder 1 tsp

πŸ₯„ Garlic powder 1/2 tsp

πŸ₯„ Smoked paprika 1/4 tsp

πŸ₯„ Plain breadcrumbs 1/2 cup

πŸ₯„ Tofu, extra firm, crumbled 1/2 cup

πŸ₯„ 2 Large eggs

πŸ₯„ Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp

πŸ₯„ Ketchup 2 tbsp

πŸ₯„ Bake at 375F for10 mins, flip, cook additional 10 min

For the special sauce!
