Gramma Carte’s Blueberry Pudding Cake — Tiny Spoon Chef

Let’s get to it!

🥄 2 c blueberries

🥄 2 T lemon juice

🥄 ½ t cinnamon

  • Grease an 8x8 pan and combine the above.  Put in the bottom of the pan.

🥄 ¾ c sugar

🥄 3 T melted butter

🥄 ½ c milk

🥄 1 c flour

🥄 1 t baking powder

🥄 ¼ t salt

  • Stir to combine and spread over the berries.

🥄 ½ c sugar

🥄 1 T cornstarch

🥄 pinch of salt

  • Combine & sprinkle over top evenly. (I know, it's weird, but go with it.)

🥄 1 c boiling water

Pour on top of everything and bake, uncovered, at 375 for 1 hour.
