🥄 1lb ground Turkey breast
🥄 1 1/2 c grated zucchini (peeled if you’re nasty)
🥄 1 t salt
🥄 1 1/2 chili powder
🥄 1 t cumin
🥄 1 t onion powder
🥄 1 t garlic powder
🥄 3/4 t smoked paprika
Instructions
- Use your big mitts and mix it up, form into burgers (using a scoop or wet hands will be easiest), and sear in a hot skillet.
- Top with sliced cheddar and barbecue sauce of your choice.
- Stack 2 thin sliders on soft buns and smoosh before eating… v technical. You must smoosh.
