All those “hang in there” posters with the cute kittens and “you did it!” ribbons from grade school finally make sense now.
We’ve been hyped and talking about our Connecticut adventures for a little while now and we can finally say we’re officially, 100% up and running. *squeal!*
The seed was planted when one of our amazing Boston families had their siblings up for a visit. Guess where they hail from?! Yup, Westport.
Every time they popped in for a visit, they’d say “if only you were in Westport!” and their manifestation worked! Here we are! We helped her sibling get through those crunch years and now we’ll be helping her and her growing family too!
I’ve always believed caregiving is an integral part of who I am. Every call I have with a busy parent or a kickass human wrangling food allergies or someone who wants to find some extra time in their day lights me up.
We care for people who have their plates full so they can have exactly what they need to be supported.
I absolutely love being able to tell people “I can do that! I can’t wait to introduce you to Chef Jeremy” It’s these connections that really fuel us. Plus I get to brag about introducing incredibly talented chefs to exceptional humans and then watching everyone thrive!
It helps to have the support of our Boston and Cape Cod families too.
We can’t thank everyone enough for all the cheers from the sidelines! All the “good for you” emails and the “this is so exciting” texts really make us glow.
And you know what? These connections, these conversations and the new growth makes all the caffeine-induced road trips worth it - all the calls made in the car, the ride-or-die snacks, the time spent away from my puppy. Yep, all of that was worth it.
So far we’ve met some amazing beings and have added 2 new delightful Chefs to our ranks (keep your eyes on the website for fresh bios!)
There’s a whole lot more coming down the pipeline and we can’t wait to share every bit of the journey with you.
We’re absolutely thrilled we’re growing and it’s thanks to each and every person in our Tiny Spoon circle that we’ve made it this far.
