Here’s a bit about me, Chef Liz!

Food is about infusing your moments with meaning, making memories.

Growing up in New England, Liz has an appreciation for soup season in the Winter, and fresh seafood in the Summer. She’s also spent 7 years in Santa Cruz, California learning about fresh local cuisine!

She graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and is always innovating with sustainable cooking, bread making, baking & pastry, wine pairing, fermenting, smoking, curing, and more!

Chef Liz is passionate about bringing people together through food.

At Tiny Spoon, we spend a lot of time talking about relationships because we think that’s where the “special sauce” is. To us, there’s nothing better than pulling up a stool in the kitchen, steeping in solid conversation with someone fab and grabbing a bite of that perfect thing you didn’t know you wanted mingling with your taste buds.
