Running shoeless in the neighborhood, playing marbles, and climbing trees for mangoes – these are the unforgettable moments that shaped my love for Dominican dishes, a cuisine that holds a special place in my heart.
Graduating from culinary school opened the doors to fine dining kitchens in some of the best restaurants across various cities. I've had the privilege of meeting culinary icons like Wolfgang Puck and Thomas Keller, drawing inspiration from their expertise.
My culinary forte lies in creating flavorful fusions, blending unexpected ingredients and cuisines to craft delightful surprises for the taste buds. The kitchen is my canvas, and creativity flows through me as I orchestrate dishes that evoke pure joy and anticipation.
