My time at (1 Michelin-starred) Gramercy Tavern in NYC as a saucier is probably the best line cooking moment in my experience thus far, aside from my first sous chef position at 232 Bleecker.
I've had the pleasure of cooking for several famous people in NYC! Barack Obama, Bob Odenkirk, Jimmy Fallon, Chef Thomas Keller, Chef Daniel Boulud, and Chef Gavin Kaysen. Food can introduce you to some cool people!
Fun Facts: I enjoy spending my free time listening to music, playing video games with friends, and catching up on shows with my girlfriend.
