The thing he enjoys most about cooking is the way it brings people together. He loves seeing big reactions and joy on the faces of his clients. Growing up in Rhode Island (in a little town called Exeter), his fondest memories of cooking are in his Aunt Susan’s kitchen. He credits her for his culinary foundation.
While he personally gravitates to Italian cuisine he is also well-versed in homemade meatballs (his son’s favorite), pot roast Sundays, and homemade soups.
Chef Alan published recipes for his famous soups in the Providence Journal /Boston Globe for Mother’s Day. One of them was a roasted sweet potato and red pepper bisque, for the other one please inquire within.
Alan is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of every client, and that means keeping his team up-to-date on the latest dietary patterns and preferences. With his expertise, he can create delicious and nutritious meals tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
