Her culinary journey began on Saturday mornings with her grandmother, armed with nothing but a fork to whisk pancake batter—a habit she still swears by. From those early mornings in the kitchen, Ashley found her safe space, and the love of cooking turned into a lifelong career.
Fast forward to adulthood, and Ashley has racked up a seriously impressive culinary resume. She got her start in Malaga, Spain, at the age of 19—boldly moving across the globe to sharpen her skills. From there, she’s cooked for A-listers like Rihanna, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Martha Stewart (no big deal). Ashley also made waves at The Four Seasons Hotel, where she fell in love with private dining and event catering, and later achieved her dream of becoming an executive chef in the bustling heart of New York City.
Her expertise extends to curing meats, a craft she mastered early on by deboning whole pigs and creating mouthwatering sausages and pâtés. For Ashley, the kitchen is where she’s calm, collected, and even a little cocky (in the best way).
When she’s not cooking up a storm, Ashley is exploring NYC’s food scene, hitting karaoke with friends, or attending “Podcast School” to fuel her insatiable curiosity. Ashley dreams of visiting Greece and Italy to indulge her passion for fresh pasta and bold, local flavors. Her catchphrase? "Cook Simple, Eat Happy, Be Bold!"—a mantra that sums up her approach to food and life.
