Cooking has been Chef Charlie's creative outlet since childhood, with fond memories of binge-watching the Cooking Network and his grandmother’s famous meatballs and gravy.

A leader in the kitchen

Before joining Tiny Spoon Chef, Charlie was a dynamic General Manager in Boston, overseeing multiple restaurant concepts, leading teams of 100+ employees, and managing both front and back of house operations with perciscion. Now, he's transforming home cooking by drawing inspiration from the vibrant flavors of Italian and Latin American cuisines, crafting imaginative dishes that celebrate fresh, simple ingredients and transform whatever treasures lurk in a client's fridge or pantry into culinary magic.

Trips to Italy, fresh ingredients and running are a couple of his favorite things.

“For our honeymoon, my wife and I hiked through the Tuscan Countryside, tasted wine and had some of the most memorable dishes of my life.”

Oh, and did we mention he’s a 3-time marathon runner and has tackled eight 100-mile relay races? He lives by the mantra: “I run so I can eat!
