Chef Elysia P

Chef Elysia is a proud Chicagoan with a love for baking that runs as deep as the Windy City’s winters.

She didn’t start her career in the kitchen, though. Nope, she was an ATM technician—until the day she baked her first French loaf. That moment changed everything, and suddenly, the kitchen became her playground. Years of trial and (many) errors later, Chef Elysia swapped machines for mixers and now whips up delicious creations in some seriously impressive kitchens.

Her bread? It's legendary. The kind of loaf that needs nothing more than butter and a pinch of salt to make your heart sing. The smell of bread fresh out of the oven is her personal therapy—problems go on the back burner, and all that matters is that warm, doughy goodness. Just our humble opinion, but, being able to bake the perfect loaf of bread is a pretty solid superpower... amirite?

With over 100 plants as her green companions (no furry pets, sorry), her home is basically an indoor rainforest. When she’s not making the perfect loaf, you’ll find her lacing up her roller skates and zooming around. Yes, she’s obsessed with roller skating, and it’s pretty much her favorite way to unwind.
Travel-wise, she’s a globe-trotter with a special love for Lisbon, Budapest, and Mexico City.
