Years of trial and (many) errors later, Chef Elysia swapped machines for mixers and now whips up delicious creations in some seriously impressive kitchens.
Her bread? It's legendary. The kind of loaf that needs nothing more than butter and a pinch of salt to make your heart sing. The smell of bread fresh out of the oven is her personal therapy—problems go on the back burner, and all that matters is that warm, doughy goodness.
