Chef Patrick, a barbecue enthusiast born in Idaho and raised in Northern Virginia.

From server to bartender, line cook to sous chef, executive chef and now personal chef- Patrick has done it all!

When asked what he loves about cooking for others-

"Bringing people to a happy place, where they get a few moments of pure joy."

For chef Patrick, the emotions food can bring are the real motivation for his work.

While he's catered for big shots at the Austrian Embassy and served the Washington Commanders, he prefers smaller gatherings with loved ones.

His heart sings for barbecue, especially ribs, brisket, and homemade mac & cheese. Who can blame the guy?!

We have his mom to thank for nudging him into culinary school at 23 in VA, where he discovered his passion for making tasty food.

When not in the kitchen, he rocks out on the guitar and hangs with his family and their pup, Millie.

He dreams of visiting Australia or New Zealand. Because who wouldn't want to BBQ down under?!
