His culinary journey began at 18, delivering pizzas, where a slow day in deliveries sparked a sizzling passion for crafting delectable pies.

Inspired by his father's mastery of BBQ during summer cookouts, Chef Sean decided to turn his love for food into a full-fledged career. Grilled meats and BBQ, featuring pulled pork, ribs, and brisket, make his heart sing with joy, and he's been perfecting his culinary symphony ever since.

A late bloomer to culinary school at 30, Chef Sean’s internship at Single Thread in California was nothing short of magical. Witnessing the restaurant earn 2 Michelin stars in its first year left an indelible mark on his culinary soul.

Beyond the kitchen, Chef Sean unveils his secret talents, whether strumming the strings of a guitar, gliding on ice as a hockey enthusiast, or carving through snow-covered slopes as a seasoned snowboarder since the tender age of 10. His feline companion, Bruschetta, adds a dash of purr-sonality to his life.

When the kitchen lights dim, Chef Sean dons his sports fan hat, cheering for baseball, hockey, and football. But the fun doesn't stop there—video games, TV shows, movies, and snacks are all part of his off-duty recipe for relaxation.

And, oh, did we mention his dream destinations? Europe and Brazil are on his wishlist, the latter fueled by his wife's Brazilian roots. Whether he's wielding knives, turning on hood vents, or savoring the symphony of kitchen sounds and smells, Chef Sean’s culinary journey is a delicious adventure that leaves a lasting impression.
